If you are ordering please be sure the item is exactly what you want.
WE OFFER RETURNS (For Store Credit) AND EXCHANGES
In the event this item is not exactly what you ordered or what you want please email me within 7 Days of receiving your item. I will exchange it or return it for a store credit.
The customer is responsible for shipping to me for returns and exchanges
Returns: As everything is handmade I will issue you a store credit for the product price. Custom orders do not qualify for returns. (Shipping is non refundable)
Exchanges: I will exchange your item but the customer is responsible for shipping the item to me.
The product must come back the way I sent it to you in perfect condition in order for me to return for a credit or exchange the item.
Please do not wash or wear item if it is being returned.
Store credit will be issued within 5 days after we get the item back
If your item is damaged when it arrives please contact Canada Post as there is insurance on your order and they will replace the cost of it. You can then order again.
