Tartan Shoulder Tote Bag is a carryall style tote with straps for carrying and long enough to throw over the shoulder. The bag is washable.
 
The outside is a soft polyester tartan with the inside a black quilted cotton. This heavy duty bag is made in Canada. 
 
The bag is 17″ wide by 15″ tall.
